This profile hierarchically reports to the HR Manager.




Main responsibilities:

•          measure payroll costs and all the analysis concerning the employees;

•          manage the HR budget, forecasting and indirect costs;

•          support the HR Manager in applying employees' compensation and benefits administration program;

•          ensure the application of  training budget, by managing the process;

•          support Unions relationship; 

•          provide detailed reviews of employees' performance;

•          support internal communication and HR initiatives in order to improve the organizational environment;

•          recruiting of new employees, according to business needs;

•          regular update of the employee administrative variations; 

•          verify and ensure the correct application of National Labour Contract regulation;

•          manage and coordinate all type of requests from employees. 


Basic requirements:

•          master’s degree in Economics 

•          a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

•          familiarity with HR processes and programs

•          knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processes

•          outstanding verbal and written communication skills

•          fluent english

•          advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

•          emotional intelligence and empathy 

•          solid problem-solving skills

•          flexible and proactive attitude.


We offer a permanent contract with smart working in the amount of 8 days per month.
