Our customer is a multinational company specialized in industrial plant manufacturing.

In order to improve their internal structure, they entrusted us with the selection of a

PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

The candidate will plan, monitor and manage the company technical projects for new filling machineries/packaging lines installations, in order to meet the dpt. targets in terms of timing, costs and resources.

He/She will be responsible for customer operational efficiency as well as technical service sales, helping to ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-quality technical service before and after sales, working closely with the sales management & technical service team.

Application engineering in support of Area Sales Managers with compelling solutions for prospect account base;
Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses;
Partner with sales to plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex Capex equipment sales cycles
Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity, carrying out SFR/PDR/CDR during the whole project development life cycle;
Successfully match customer pain/requirements vs proposed solutions;
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition;
Coordinate machineries internal validation and factory acceptance test as well as the IQ-OQ-PQ phase;
Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements;
Collect and document competitive intelligence and lesson learned too from project execution standpoint; 
Help customers in case of problems with installed products and recommend improvement or upgrade of materials and machinery.
 

Basic requirements:

2-5 year work experience in worldwide operating / multinational companies in similar position;
Master Degree in Engineering;
Good knowledge of technical softwares as Autocad, Solid Edge/Solid works/Pro-E;
Organizational, relational and communication skills;
Problem solving oriented;
Strong ability in team working;
Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English and, preferably, good knowledge of French;
Available to business trips in Italy as well as in foreign countries as Africa, Asia and Middle East (about 1 week, every other month)
The PM will be also involved in internal company projects at multinational level.
