COUNTRY RESIDENT- DUBAI
The selected candidate will be appointed to the Dubai hub and will be responsible for developing and strengthening the University’s visibility within the region focusing both on sales and organizational activities.
Main tasks and activities
Business Development
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Promoting the wide portfolio of Master’s degree and Executive Programs, the University offers, among local students, expatriates, and companies;
- Supporting the establishment of partnerships and agreements with institutions, local authorities, trade associations and enterprises;
- Identifying new business growth opportunities within the area and the different hubs through which the University operates at an international level.
Organizational Management
The candidate will:
- Supervise the main aspects related to the organization of on-site courses;
- Manage students’ enrollments and all the reporting and KPI monitoring activities of the Dubai hub;
- Work closely with the Head Office in Rome to ensure that the organized educational programs are correctly delivered.
Networking and institutional relationships
The candidate will play a pivotal role in:
- Serving as an institutional representative and Brand Ambassador within the region;
- Participating in fairs, events and networking initiatives to increase the University’s visibility and attract new students and partners;
- Promoting the integration of the Dubai hub within the University’s international network.
Main objectives of the role
As Country Resident for the Dubai Hub, you will pursue the following goals:
- Increasing students’ enrollments in the University programs offered by the hub;
- Developing strategic agreements and partnerships with local companies and institutions;
- Effectively managing students, teachers and courses;
- Strengthening the University’s international positioning within the region.
Job requirements
- Academic background in Economics, Social Sciences or related fields;
- Previous experience in education, management of international projects and/or consulting and sales activities related to services;
- Excellent command of the English/Italian language- the knowledge of an additional language is a plus;
- Current residence in Dubai;
- Excellent business development and operational management skills;
- Flexibility, proactiveness, strong communication and networking skills;
- Ability to work within institutional and multicultural environments.
