SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER – MOBILE MACHINERY (M/F/D)

Key responsibilities:
In particular, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Lead (agile) software development projects for mobile machinery;
• Manage project operations, coordinating with team members, development partners and suppliers;
• Project planning and control in accordance with business processes, including ongoing project reporting;
• Risk management in project planning and implementation;
• Face to the customer in the project implementation phase;
• Steering technical discussions and making decisions.

Personal and professional qualities:

• Strong technical background and proven experience in managing highly complex technical projects, preferably gained in environments involving the development or integration of embedded technologies or in comparable technical contexts;
• Previous experience in the automotive or off-highway sector, particularly in the area of functional safety, is preferred;
• The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, values, and processes and/or proven experience in the role of Product Owner;
• Good command of the English language and good working autonomy in German.

Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, leadership, and a structured, goal-oriented working approach complete the profile.
