We are recruiting for a modern and international healthcare organization with multiple facilities across Italy, seeking an Operations Business Model Manager for Italy to support its operational excellence agenda and drive the implementation of global best practices at the local level.
This role will partner closely with local site leaders and the Global Operations Director to ensure the consistent application of best practices, operational frameworks, and performance standards.
With a strong analytical and project management background, the Manager will drive problem-solving, performance analysis, and the implementation of operational initiatives. While healthcare operations experience is a plus, the emphasis is on structured thinking, data-driven insights, and the ability to translate global standards into local execution.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Implementation
· Develop and adapt operational frameworks (e.g., staffing models, productivity benchmarks, patient flow) to local regulatory and cultural contexts.
· Coordinate with the local Manager to address operational challenges and co-create solutions.
· Support the rollout and adoption of the global operating model across Italian sites.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with HR, Finance, and the Board to align local initiatives with global priorities.
· Act as a liaison between the Italian sites and global operations forums, ensuring two-way sharing of learnings and innovations.
Change Enablement
· Support change management efforts related to new operational standards or programs.
· Ensure that the customer experience remains central to all operational initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
· Around 5 years of consulting experience (strategy, operations, or performance improvement).
· Experience in project management across different business contexts.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
· Excellent project management and communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority.
· Fluent in English (required).
Based in Rome, Italy.
Willingness to travel regularly across Italy and occasionally to other European countries and the U.S.
