Alti Profili is the division of Umana S.p.A. specialising in the search and selection of middle and top management professionals, including executive-level positions, across all areas and activities of the corporate structure.
It has offices in Venice, Milan, Bologna, Rome, Perugia, Pordenone, Ancona, Brescia, Florence, Naples, and Verona.
Our mission is to identify qualified personnel who are aligned with the objectives and values of our clients.
Our consultants are highly specialised in search and selection. They build a direct relationship with clients from the very first stage, and seek to understand both short and long-term needs and expectations.
The variety of tools we use allows us to explore the labour market through wide-ranging screening, identifying candidates who match the required profile.
The selection process enables us to compile a final shortlist of candidates — looking beyond national borders if necessary — who align with client requirements both professionally and personally.
Assistance and support are guaranteed for the client from the onboarding of the selected candidate through to the successful completion of the probation period.
